Yesterday I spoke too soon ---today presented a great day for pictures. Everyone was eager to play. Jake showed us all how well he listens by running out to the street. When mommy kept bringing him back to the yard he figured out another way to execute his plan. I call this the "belly skid-a-rooni" (he is not heading up but rather back out to the street.)
He found mud which was his other diversion of the day. It is hard to see in the photo but he was eating it. Sure why not?
Ryan on the other hand was practicing for espionage. This is his hiding pose. I don't know, can you see him? You have to applaud his efforts.
These two are working on some type of top secret mission. All I know was when I came back from changing Jake they were gathering leaves, water and dirt (not a great combo) to make some type of poison. After this they were heading to catch bugs to feed to the spiders. I am glad they were building their nature skills. Did you notice how well Kate is dressed for the occasion. She had been done riding her bike for 20 minutes but still had on her helmet. Too cute.

They are getting so big! I'm glad to see Jake is keeping you on your toes ;) And yes, Katie is dressed perfectly for the occasion. Noone would expect an angel in a dress and bike helmet as a top spy.
