The deer in headlights look seems to going around at our house the past few days. Kate is not the only one inflicted. I have seen it spread to Ryan and Philip. Maybe it is due to the haphazard routine the children have fallen into with the late summer sun, maybe it is the adjustment to a new baby being home or maybe it is just a new phase of "huh". What ever it is I am sure it will wear off soon.
We are enjoying Sunday as best we can. Rain was in the works but instead we are left with high humidity. Even though we had hopes of getting some more things done our motivation to be outside has dwindled significantly. Counting down the days until Fall weather returns.
