Oh to be me

The children had a moment of calm the other night and I took advantage of it. Ryan and Kate sat and let me take their pictures. I love the results. Ryan looks very mature and somewhat coy like he is hiding a broken lamp in his closet in hopes that I won't notice. Kate has the playful look. Her famous "I have never done anything wrong in my life, look at how cute I am".

Their personalities are really developing. Ryan will be a great lawyer his teacher has mentioned. He is always trying to get his point to be heard and for people to agree that his way works the best. Current interest include science experiments, dinosaurs and anything he can build.




Kate on the other hand is more spirited and fiery. She is not going to try to convince you that she needs something she will just demand it. This does not work on mommy but she knows that daddy is a softy. Perhaps she will have her own company. Her current interest are princesses, ponies, dressing up and saving any and all coins that she finds. (she really wants to get the Ariel costume but she has to save her money)
