Our Easter Best

One question that was weighing on Ryan's mind last night was when was he going to be able to have his basket. "A basket? What is that?" I asked. He told me how silly I was. The basket is where the presents and candy are hidden. Oh I see. There is not much that gets passed him when it comes to holidays where sugar is given out freely.

I tried to stall and said "after breakfast", but wait then I remembered that I needed to take a photo. Since I was not going to take it with their pajamas on this pushed baskets back a bit. I told the children after they got dressed and we took a few pictures (more like 20) they would be able to open their surprise. We all know how much fun pictures can be for children and I am not above a little bribe to entice them. Bad mommy I know but years from now when we look back at how cute the photos are, it will be worth it.

Nothing says Easter like a giant cuddly bunny and a shiner! I love the picture of Katie snuggling with the bunny. And Ryan looks like such a little man. They are growing up way too fast.
